This new technique uses threads specifically designed to support sagging facial tissues, allowing them to return to their original position before the force of gravity takes effect. Facial ptosis occurs when skin tone and elasticity are impaired and can no longer compensate for the force of gravity.
This light technique lifts sagging facial tissues by means of sutures onto which small absorbable cones are threaded, and applies considerable traction to the slackened tissues. The sutures are then attached to the temporal area, with the 1 cm incision hidden in the hair.
This is not a surgical procedure.
