Visit liposculpture is the preferred treatment for removing fat and fat cells from localized curves (hips, stomach, thighs, knees, etc....).
TREATMENT
It is performed using a cannula a few millimeters in diameter, connected to a suction system. Thin openings are made to avoid scarring.
Liposculpture involves infiltrating a large volume of saline and anaesthetic into the area to be treated. In this way, the practitioner is able to reduce the amount of blood drawn through the cannula, facilitating the patient's recovery after the procedure.
The cross-plane technique also eliminates any risk of waves or "corrugated iron".
All types of anesthesia can be considered.
Duration: The duration of the procedure depends on the quantity of fat to be extracted and the number of locations to be treated. It can vary from 20 minutes to 3 hours (on average 1 to 2 hours).
ADVANTAGES & DISADVANTAGES
Benefits: Return to social life the very next day. Recent advances, particularly in superficial liposuction, thanks to the use of cannulas mean that the skin overlying the treated area no longer has to suffer from liposuction: on the contrary, the appearance of the skin can be improvedÌ by the skin retraction generated by properly performed superficial liposuction.
Disadvantages: Curvatures, wearing of panty for 20 days, haematomas. In some cases, localized imperfections may be observed, without constituting real complications: insufficient correction, residual asymmetry, surface irregularities.
As a general rule, they are accessible to further treatment: a small liposuction "touch-up" often performed under simple local anaesthetic from the 6th postoperative month onwards.
RESULTS & PRICING
Result: To appreciate the start of results, you'll need to wait around 3 weeks (which corresponds to the evacuation of oedema). The final result will not be visible until around the 3rd month.
